We collect only what’s necessary to provide our services:

  • Owners: Land dimensions, address, email, site plans (uploads).

  • Builders: Name, license number, company details, 3D model files.

  • Agents: Contact info, referral source.

  • Automated Data: IP address, browser type (via cookies for analytics).

2. How We Use Your Data

3. Data Storage & Security

  • Where: Kupiter dedicate Server.

  • Protection: SSL encryption, password-hashed accounts, restricted employee access.

  • Retention:

    • Active accounts: Until deletion request.

    • Inactive accounts: Deleted after 2 years.

4. Your Rights (APP Compliance)

  • Access/Correction: Request your data via [email]. We’ll respond within 3 days.

  • Deletion: Ask us to delete your account (except builder licenses retained for legal compliance).

  • Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from emails (link in footer).

5. Third-Party Sharing

We only share when essential:

  • Builders: See owner land data only after quote request.

  • Service Providers: Kupiter (hosting), Stripe (payments).

  • Legal Compliance: If required by NSW authorities.

6. Changes to This Policy

We’ll notify users via email 14 days before updates take effect.

7. Your account in 3dFlats

During user registration and checkout, we’ll ask you to provide information, including your name, billing address, email address, phone number, and optional account information like username and password.

We may also collect your credit card number, expiration date, and security code and pass them to our payment gateway to process your purchase.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Set up your account
  • Process payments and prevent fraud
  • To prepopulate the checkout form for future purchases
  • To get in touch with you if needed to discuss your order
  • Comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes
  • Send you information about your account and order
  • Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints
  • Send you marketing messages, if you choose to receive them

We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store your order information for tax and accounting purposes.

We’ll also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site.

8. Litespeed Cache  

This site utilizes caching in order to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site. All cache files are temporary, and are never accessed by any third party, except as necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin vendor. Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site administrator, but may easily be purged by the admin before their natural expiration, if necessary.
