  • “Platform”: 3DFlats.au website/services.

  • “Owner”: User uploading land data to trial designs.

  • “Builder”: Approved professional offering designs/quotes.

  • “Agent”: Referrer earning commissions.

2. Acceptance

  • By registering, you agree to these T&Cs and our Privacy Policy.

  • Role-specific terms apply based on your account type.

3. General Rules (All Users)

  • Eligibility: 18+ years, Australian residents only.

  • Prohibited: Fraudulent data, spamming, reverse engineering.

  • Termination: We may suspend accounts violating these rules.

4. Owner-Specific Terms

4.1 Land Data

  • You confirm uploaded land details are accurate and you have the copyright to use them.

  • Platform may use this data for 3D visualization only.

4.2 Shadow Diagrams

  • Diagrams are advisory; council approval not guaranteed.

  • No refunds after 24 hours of purchase.

4.3 Builder Quotes

  • Quotes are builders’ responsibility; we don’t endorse quality.

  • Platform isn’t liable for builder delays/defects.

5. Builder-Specific Terms

5.1 Power Builder Plan Benefits

Upon subscribing to a Power Builder Plan, builders gain the ability to list their layout designs on their dedicated Builder Profile Page.

5.2 3D Model Creation & Copyright

3DFlats may transform 2D layout designs submitted by builders into 3D models for enhanced visualization.

These 3D models may be listed in the 3D Models section for client selection.

3DFlats retains full copyright over any 3D models created from builder-submitted designs.

5.3 Vendor Referrals & Commission Obligations

When a client is referred or assigned to a vendor (builder/developer), the vendor must:

Submit a quotation within 7 days of assignment.

If the quotation is accepted by the client, the Vendor (Builder) is liable to pay 3DFlats referral commission. Commission rate will be stipulated on the RFQ document should vendor accept to quote.

7. Payments & Refunds

  • All fees in AUD; no chargebacks (disputes via support).

  • Subscription auto-renews; cancel anytime.

8. Disclaimers

  • 3D Models: Accuracy based on measurement precision of GIS technology from global level service providers.

  • Council Rules: Verify designs locally.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Our max liability is the fees you paid us in past 6 months.

10. Governing Law

  • NSW law applies; disputes in Sydney courts.

11. Changes to T&Cs

  • We’ll email users 14 days before updates take effect.
